White wine produced from 100% Timorasso grapes, aged in steel barrels for 12 months.

The history of Timorasso has its origins in antiquity, but only in recent years has it been rediscovered and appreciated for its undisputed qualities: this is why in 2019 I decided to plant a vineyard of this variety.

Its marked acidity allows the bottle to be long-lived, so much so that it can be forgotten in the cellar for years or be uncorked a few months after bottling.
